Clear terms.
Minimal collection.
Effective September 3, 2026. By continuing to use MarketLens, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy practices below. Where local law requires a different consent mechanism, applicable law controls.
Educational use only
MarketLens provides research, simulations, market observations, and evidence tools for education. It is not a broker, fiduciary, investment adviser, or source of personalized investment advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
First-party product analytics
MarketLens measures anonymous visits, sessions, normalized routes, coarse device class, bounded engagement, and evidence-workflow actions to improve the product. It does not collect names, email addresses, financial inputs, full external URLs, search text, article bodies, prompts, raw IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. Opaque identifiers are stored only as server-side HMAC hashes and raw event rows are retained for no more than 90 days.
Your controls
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable collection. You can also turn analytics off at any time through the persistent Privacy settings control. MarketLens remains usable when analytics are disabled.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, automate abusive requests, or present MarketLens research as guaranteed fact or financial advice.
No warranties
The service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or investment outcome. You remain responsible for independent verification and decisions.
